I’ve never been one for not biting off more than I can chew.
My newest project, in addition to my long list of other projects, is The Lazy Historian. While researching Molly Miranda: Thief for Hire and its sequel, I fell back in love with history. I mean, I never stopped loving history, but I got really, really into it again. The main difference in how I used to view history and how I view it now is the vastness of what I want to know. For many years, I only cared about England in the 1500s. That’s it. I’ve recently expanded my knowledge base to include art history, French Revolution history, Georgian and more. I want to know everything.
Well, almost everything. My interest is still limited to western Europe for the most part, but I’m even finding Civil War history interesting these days. I am thinking I will take a stab at writing non-fiction after Molly Book 2 is out. We shall see.
Speaking of the Molly Miranda sequel, readers will be happy to know I’m back on the wagon! I got married, that went well and last night I sat down and hammered out some words. It was a bit slow because of constant fact checking (I can’t just let something go until later. ugh.) but I’m feeling positive about it.
If you wish to see photos from my wedding, you can see those here, on my other blog.
Well, ya know. My other other blog. *eye roll*
